Company Overview

Premier Tickets is owned and operated by Fireminds Ltd, a 100% Bermudian owned limited liability company. Fireminds has been incorporated and in operation since July 2001, providing innovative technology services such as application development, web development, cloud computing and ecommerce solutions for businesses in Bermuda. Premier Tickets Bermuda is now in its sixth year of operation as an online ticketing company.

Dedicated to Bermuda

Premier Tickets, its management, staff and online systems are all head quartered in Bermuda.

In 2010, Fireminds embarked on a joint venture to build a second generation online ticketing platform which is now the core of Premier Tickets Bermuda. The current ticketing platform is now in its fifth year of operation and in addition to being used in Bermuda, it is also sold to event organizers around the world. The Premier Tickets platform is used globally including Bermuda, USA, Canada and Australia.

Award Winning

In 2011, Premier Tickets won honorable mention and runner up for the Bermuda Government Tech Week Award for best ecommerce website in Bermuda. The judges for the contest commented that Premier Tickets dedication to top class customer service and constant improvement to its software made it a lead ecommerce website in Bermuda.

In 2012, the Most Inspiring Teacher or Mentor was awarded to Premier Tickets owner Michael W. Branco. One nominator wrote: “Michael is deserving of this award as he has given countless hours to supporting and mentoring youth in IT”.

As an all Bermudian company, Premier Tickets continues to make contributions to its community wherever it can.
